I bought a teak chair set for our patio, and to be fair, they’re a lot more comfortable than I expected. The seats feel sturdy without being annoyingly hard, and I can actually sit out there for ages with a coffee, which is nice. Delivery was fine, although I do wish these things were always a bit more straightforward. Still, I’m happy with the set overall.

We’ve had this outside for about two years now, and I still remember how excited I was when we first set it up on the patio. The teak has held up well and still feels solid, but it definitely looks more worn than I expected by now. It’s not falling apart or anything, just lost some of that fresh look I was hoping would last longer.

I ended up buying from teak.com mainly because I really liked the look of their furniture, i feel like that’s a fair reason when it’s something that’s going to sit out on your patio all the time. The pieces have a clean, simple style without looking bulky, and they fit the space better than I expected.

I’m giving it 4 stars because a couple of items did look a little nicer in the photos than they did in person, but I don’t think that’s a huge deal since they still look very good overall. It has that classy look without being too showy, so I’m still happy with the purchase.

The wood quality seems okay overall, but I did notice a few small rough spots in the finish. Maybe I just expected it to be a little smoother, so it’s not a huge deal, but it wasn’t quite perfect.

I reached out earlier in the week with what I thought was a simple question, and I didn’t hear back until a few days later. By the time they replied, I had already spent extra time trying to figure it out on my own. The response was fine once it came, but waiting that long when I needed help was frustrating

I ordered a Barlow Tyrie bench and assumed the tracking delay meant it was going to show up late, but it still came around when they said it would. The delivery guy was friendly, nothing was damaged, and the bench looked great, so I’m happy overall.

I was surprised they had the teak bench I wanted just sitting in stock, because everywhere else was saying it’d be weeks. I ordered it and, oh, I should mention—the updates came through quickly too. It was just nice to find the thing available without having to wait forever.

I got exactly what I ordered from teak.com, so no complaints there. Nothing was missing, and the color matched the listing closely. The only downside was that delivery took longer than I expected. Since the order itself was accurate but the wait was inconvenient, I’d hope they’d offer some kind of compensation or courtesy credit for the delay.

I really thought this would hold up better since it’s Barlow Tyrie, but the wood started cracking way too soon. I mean, I wasn’t expecting it to last forever, but—yeah, it just didn’t feel like the quality I expected

I ordered a teak bench i was expecting a bit more. From a distance, the wood looks really nice, but up close I noticed a few uneven joints, and one of the arms had a rough spot that definitely should’ve been sanded down. For the price, I just feel like the quality control was RUSHED. It’s still usable, but not exactly what I thought I was getting.

The customization was fine, I guess, but I was expecting a bit more when it came to size and finish options. Not terrible by any means, just not exactly overflowing with choices. The site was easy enough to use, so at least that part didn’t make things harder than they needed to be.

I wasn’t really sure how fast it would show up, but the order arrived quickly. No issues or anything, so yeah, happy with it.

I found the website annoying to navigate. It took way too long to find what I was looking for, and on top of that, I kept getting asked to verify myself over and over. It made the whole experience feel slower and more frustrating than it needed to be.

Tried returning my order and got sent in circles for days. Replies were slow, instructions vague, and I still haven’t gotten my refund. Super annoying.

Barlow Tyrie was simple to use. The product pages had the info I needed without making me dig around.
I liked how the sizes, materials, and care details were laid out. It made comparing a few things easier.
Pretty smooth overall. No confusion, so 5 stars from me.

I used teak.com to check a few things against each other, and yeah, the prices were mostly right there without making me dig all over the place. That was nice because I hate when a site shows one number, then the real price is hiding somewhere later.

The shipping and extra fees showed up before checkout too, which is the big thing for me. Like, just tell me what I’m actually paying before I get to the final button. No random nonsense popping up at the end.

My teak chair showed up with a cracked leg, which was frustrating right away. To be fair, they did respond when I contacted them, so at first I thought, okay, this might get sorted quickly. Then nope, the damage claim dragged on way longer than it should have, and I even had to send the photos twice. I did finally get the replacement part, so I’m glad it’s fixed, but the whole process was a hassle
